    Australia Australia provides a unique program where the students can work part time on internship which helps to enhance the technical skills and experience. Various job opportunities in multiple disciplines. 3rd most popular international student’s destination in the world. University system ranks Australia as 8th in the world. The student applies for legal work authorization with USCIS and claims hardship.  This is a rare situation and it requires USCIS approval.  The decision to offer hardship status to the applicant is entirely up to USCIS and not up the University.  2.) An F-1 student is allowed to work on campus for 20 hours a week, and the employment must be related to the services the University provides students or be related to their specific field of study in the form of an internship (OPT).
